I’d like to inform you that over the next few months, you’ll notice some changes around your local B.C. Plumbing Supplies branches. In the coming months, we will begin to brand our wholesale branches in B.C. under the B. A. Robinson Co. Ltd. banner.

In 1994, B. A. Robinson Co. Ltd. acquired B.C. Plumbing Supplies. Because of its long history and strong name recognition, we decided at the time to maintain the name until such time as we could bring together our systems and standards to all of our branches. We now believe that the time has come to make the switch.

How do we know? Simple - we asked. We asked our customers – who are the best in the industry - if you know and understand what B. A. Robinson stands for. The responses were overwhelmingly positive. You’ve become accustomed to the name, and with that name comes the expectation that we will provide the best customer service in the industry.

By the end of this year, you’ll see the B. A. Robinson Co. Ltd. name in place across all of our branches. But only the name will change. We fully intend to continue meeting and surpassing your expectations, providing the products you want and the service you’ve come to expect.
